GOD

John 1:1-14;

1:18

I Timothy 1:17
3:16

Colossians 2:9

There is one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in three manifestations: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

God in His essential being is invisible.

The Word was God self-revealing - In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

God is manifested as Father in Creation, the Son in Redemption, and The Holy Spirit in Regeneration.

JESUS CHRIST

John 1:1-14;
14:6-8;

14:14

Micah 5:2

Matthew 11:27; 7:22

Colossians
1:15; 2:9; 3:17

Philippians
2:9-10

1 Timothy 3:16

Mark 16:17

Acts 4:12

Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross, the complete and final sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He is now our High Priest and Advocate.

Jesus Christ is the Word become flesh. God manifested in the flesh; the only way to the Father.

Jesus Christ, while fully God, was also fully Man, possessing full and true humanity. He was both God and man; Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God; and in Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.

The authority of God is vested in the Name of Jesus; All that the believer does “in word or deed” is to be done in Jesus’ Name.

THE HOLY SPIRIT

John
14:16-26

Romans
8:9-11

Acts
2:38

I Corinthians
12:11

The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and during this age, to convict men of sin, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service.  Man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost, and only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained.

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God that comes to dwell in the hearts and lives of everyone who believes and obeys the gospel; The Holy Spirit is a Comforter, Sustainer, and Keeper.

The Holy Spirit is the source of dispensing God’s grace in the Church Age.

The Holy Spirit is essential for salvation.

SALVATION

Ephesians
2:8

John
1:11-13;
3:16

Hebrews
9:12; 26

Romans

1:5; 16:26

Acts
6:7

The shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ by faith are born of the Holy Spirit and thus become children of God. The Return of Jesus Christ – The personal, pre-millennial, and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ is our hope and has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the believer.

Salvation is the gift of God.

Salvation is available to everyone. The only means of attaining this salvation and being free from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ, and that justification is by grace through faith in the blood of Jesus.

When one accepts the message of Christ by faith, they will be “obedient to the faith”; This “obedience of faith” is what the believer does in appropriating the fullness of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection.

THE BIBLE

2 Timothy
3:16

Ephesians
3:5

II Peter
3:2

The Bible, the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God without error in the original writings and are the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men, and the divine and final authority for all Christian faith and life.

THE CHURCH

Matthew
16:18

Ephesians
5:26-27

The true church is composed of all such persons, who through saving faith in Jesus Christ, have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the body of Christ of which He is the head.

Christ established His Church.

Christ gave His life for the Church.

WORSHIP

2 Corinthians 3:18

Revelations
4:11

At the heartbeat of our Worship Services is a desire to experience God in the midst of a place of true worship. It is in worship, where we come to bless the Lord, that He responds and we, in turn, respond to Him.

The goals of the Corporate Worship services are to minister to God and then to each other. In the Corporate Worship Environment, people’s lives can be changed by the presence and glory of God.

Corporate Expressions of Worship are biblical under the orchestration of the Holy Spirit’s guidance - “You are worthy, oh Lord, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and by Your will, they exist and were created”.

God alone is worthy of our praise and attention; the Corporate Worship environment needs to be a place to continually manifest the presence of the Lord, decently and in order.

COMMUNION

Matthew
16:18

Ephesians
5:26-27

The true Church is composed of all such persons, who through saving faith in Jesus Christ, have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the body of Christ of which He is the head.

Christ established His Church.

Christ gave His life for the Church.

BAPTISM

Acts

2:36-42

Romans
6:1-4;
6:4

Water baptism by immersion soon after accepting Christ as personal Savior is a testimony of death to sin and resurrection to a new life.

Baptism is symbolic of the Death, Burial, and Resurrection of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; We Baptize in the Name of The Lord Jesus Christ.

As Jesus was buried, we are fully emerged and buried with Him in water baptism.

FUTURE EVENTS

4:16-17

24:29-31

There will be a bodily resurrection of all the dead; of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord, and of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment.

Jesus Christ will return to the earth to catch the church away;
and shall, after a short time, return to set up His kingdom on earth.
